- Real-Time Data Visualization
–IIOTA's Archatech™ translates real-time industrial data into a graphical, easy-to-understand format for human operators. Simple UI components, 2D graphics or 3D graphics can be integrated for various processes.
- Data Acquisition
– Archatech™ collectes data from real-world physical instruments or process data points using sensors or digital communication proctocols and making it available for storage, analysis, or control. Archatech™ stores data in a relational database for analysis and Machine Learning models.
- Remote Event and Alarm Display and Notification
– Scheduled event notifications and alarms indicating an abnormal or critical condition, triggering a response to protect equipment, processes, and safety.
- Real-Time Integration with connected devices
– All IIOTA Archatech™ Devices are pre-configured to seamlessly connect to Archatech™. Other devices can also easily be connected using the Archatech Helix™ which acts as a protocol translator from common industrial protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Profibus and Modbus to MQTT or REST. Serial and Ethernet communication is supported, and all data exchange is encrypted. For devices without communication capability, the Helix™ can be configured with a mix of digital and analog I/O to process, re-transmit or provide data.

– Archatech™ provides a centralized digital system for storing, organizing, and managing an organization's documents and files. Files are scoped by topic, creating an easy to navigate document repository infrastructure.

- KPI Tracking
– Archatech™ uses Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to identify needs and trigger work order creation, in addition to directly producing work orders from the Maintenance Managment Interface. Additionally, tracking metrics like Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), or prolonged cycle times, Archatech™ can spot operational issues and automatically notify stakeholders and generate work orders when certain thresholds are met. This approach ensures that potential problems are addressed before they become critical. Data is fed into Predictive Analytics models to drive Predictice Maintenance.
- Maintenance Management Module (CMMS)
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) are software appliations that centralize and streamline the management of maintenance activities, including asset tracking, work order management, inventory control, and data reporting. Archatech™ pushes CMMS forward by embdedding and enabling diagnostics through the analysis of real-time data.
